A pilot with a concrete task
Bring a repeated school-check workflow. We will agree the review volume, source evidence you need to keep, and a success measure before arranging access. The pilot is 30 days; the standard plan is $500/month for one user, billed monthly. Additional seats or institution terms require a separate agreement.

What counts as a lookup?
The Admissions office offer includes 25,000 API lookups per month, with search and school-detail requests counted separately. Verified accounts can create keys and view usage at /app/api-keys. Eligible subscribed workspaces share one 25,000-request allowance per UTC calendar month across their keys; free accounts receive 1,000. Admitted requests, including cache hits, failed lookups and retries, count toward the allowance. Managed enrichment and batch access require separate access approval.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Admissions offices evaluating VerifyED get a 30-day free pilot of the Admissions office plan. Email [email protected] to agree the workflow, success criteria, and setup. No subscription starts from this link.
How does VerifyED handle FERPA?
Looking up a school never involves student data — you search for an institution, not a person. If you upload a transcript, we act as a school official under your direct control once your agreement says so, and we use the document only to answer the request you made. We keep it for 30 days, you can delete it sooner, and we don't train on it. Our retention periods, subprocessors and posture statement are on the trust page, and we'll sign your DPA.
Can I integrate with Slate or Banner?
Our REST API works with any system that can make an HTTP request, including Slate, Banner, PeopleSoft, and Workday. Institution plans include dedicated integration support.
How do I get an API key?
Email [email protected] to arrange a pilot or an Admissions office subscription. Setup and any subscription are agreed by email.
